All dishes are cooked with ingredients from our areas: meat from controlled breeding farms, fish from the Adriatic Sea, wild or ethically bred, and vegetables that are rigorously Italian.

Cakes, tarts and croissants:our master pastry chef makes breakfast the best time of the day. It will be really hard to choose what to eat for breakfast! Our buffet always includes savory delicacies, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit.
